1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings made through our website, phone, or authorized partners are subject to availability.
  • A confirmation email/SMS will be sent upon successful booking. Please verify all details (pickup time, location, and destination) for accuracy.
  • For last-minute bookings (within 3 hours of pickup), availability is not guaranteed.

2. Payment Options

We offer flexible payment methods for your convenience:

  • Online Payment (secure credit/debit card processing via our website).
  • Cash/Card On Board (pay directly to your chauffeur in EURO depending on the service location).
  • Corporate accounts and recurring clients may be eligible for invoicing—contact our customer service for details.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, so we offer a fair cancellation policy:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time at no charge.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the total fare).
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, 100% of the fare will be charged.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Requests for modifications should be made at least 12 hours before pickup to ensure smooth adjustments.

5. Service Guarantee

  • Luxury Fleet: Travel in style with our premium vehicles, maintained to the highest standards.
  • Professional Chauffeurs: Courteous, skilled, and knowledgeable drivers ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
  • 24/7 Support: Our customer service team is always ready to assist you before, during, or after your ride.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • While we strive for punctuality, factors like extreme weather, traffic, or flight delays may affect pickup times.
  • We monitor flights for airport transfers—if your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust accordingly at no extra cost.

7. Liability & Passenger Responsibility

  • Alpen Heir KG is liable for lost or damaged luggage during ride. Please ensure all belongings are secure.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to misconduct.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

8. Special Requests & Accessibility

  • Child seats, special accessibility needs, or other requests should be specified at the time of booking, all the Child seats and special persons equipment will be free of cost.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services (e.g., multiple stops, waiting time beyond the complimentary period).

9. Pricing & Surcharges

  • All prices are quoted in EUR (for Austria, Germany, Italy & Switzerland).
  • Tolls, parking fees, and late-night/early-morning surcharges may not apply and will be communicated upfront.
  • No Extra and hidden charges.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Innsbruck, Austria.
